Blithe Sip Shipping Policy

At Blithe Sip, we are committed to providing you with the best shipping experience possible, no matter where you are. Below, we detail our times and procedures.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Cyber Week), processing time may extend slightly.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Transit Time: Between 6 and 9 business days depending on your location.

Total Estimated Time: Please allow a total of 8 to 12 business days to receive your package from the moment you place your order.
Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase.
3. International Shipping & Customs
We ship globally. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Blithe Sip is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer as the importer of record.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at blithesip@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
5. Damages and Issues
Although we strive to secure and protect every package, we understand that incidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at blithesip@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a very small window to cancel/change your order or the address of your order.
If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at blithesip@gmail.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so if the order has already been processed.
